MENTOR

 

Are you a Christian businessman, electrician, teacher, dentist, engineer, software designer...You have the skills and experience to make a great difference in the life of one of our men.

 

As participants make their way through our program, demonstrating steady attendance, sobriety, and progress in work habits, our desire is for them to graduate from Masterworks and move on to a higher paying, more satisfying positiong in an area which suits their interests and talents.

 

To make this transition practical, we desire each of our workers to have a one-on-one mentoring relationship with an older, experienced Christian man. In the context of this mentorship , we envision help with such areas as navigating the job search, personal budgeting and overall encouragement. This would involved at least a once per month time commitment.
