PRAY

 

Certainly prayer is the key to the changes we seek in our lives and the lives of our employees. Throughout the history of missions, the pivotal role of prayer emerges again and again as God astounds us with his ability to change hearts, establish ministries, and provide for his people.

 

J.O. Frasier, an outstanding missionary to the Lisu, Karen and Kachin peoples of western China during the early 1900's remarked, "I used to think that prayer should have the first place and teaching the second. I now feel it would be truer to give prayer the first, second and third place, and teaching the fourth." This thought did not grow out of a disdain for teaching, but a full realization that teaching would be in vain unless the Holy Spirit in response to prayer prepared people to receive the word.

 

While we work hard a the business and ministry of Masterworks, we rely on God to equip and enable us, to bless our efforts in the world of business, to provide all that we need for ministry, and to do a work of restoration in the lives of our employees. In all of these areas, your prayers are an effective agent.
